イタリア・ナポリ出身。 １９７３年生まれ。

 

世界各地のリゾートホテルや大型クルーズシップのイタリアンシェフを経て、１９９７年に来日。

現在は、センプリチェ鎌倉店で腕を奮う。

I come from Naples, Italy where I was born and studied at the Institute for Enogastronomy, Hotel Hospitality, and Industry.
